With Rectangle 1 selected, go back to the Shape Styles Group but this time select the Shape Outline Icon.
Select your Outline Color from the Recent Colors section of the drop down menu.
Repeat for the other 2 Rectangles.
Next go back to Shape Outline > Weight > More Lines.
This opens the Format AutoShape Window.
In the active Colors and Lines Tab, set Weight to 25 pt.
Then click OK.
Now there will appear to be a White Border around the Flyer.
When the Colors Window opens, whether you have the Standard, Custom or Pantone Tab active, you will see Transparency at the bottom.
Set Transparency to 75% and click OK.
Here is the Transparent Border.
Go to the Home Tab and select the Picture Icon from the Objects Group.
You can also find the Picture Icon in the Illustrations Group of the Insert Tab.
Either Icon will open the Insert Picture Window.
Browse to where you saved the Decorative Flower, select it and click the Insert button at the bottom of the Window.
The Image will appear with Handles around it for Resizing and Rotation.
You'll see that the Image is rather large and there is also a Picture Tools Format Tab.
In the Size Group set Height to 2.4 Inches and Width to 2.69 Inches.
