First, select the Text that you wish to change.

On the Home Tab of the Ribbon, select the Drop Down Arrow on the right side of the Font Color Icon from the Font Group.

This will open the Font Color Options drop down menu.

From here you can select a Color that you would like from the Theme Colors or Standard Colors Sections.

This is what the Text looks like when Orange, Accent 6, Darker 25% from Theme Colors is selected.

How To Insert Picture from Clip Art in Microsoft Word 2003

To insert an Image from Microsoft Clip Art go to Insert > Picture > Clip Art.

This will open up the Clip Art window.

In the Search for box type in the keyword you need, for instance "Flower" and hit the Go button.

In this case 2 Images have appeared.

To select an Image, simply click on the one that you wish to use and that Image will be placed on the page.

Then go up to the Home Tab of the Ribbon and select the Down Arrow on the right side of the Text Highlighing Color Icon located in the Font Group.

Choose a Color with which to Highlight the Text.

How To Change Font Size in Microsoft Word

Select the Text that you wish to change.

On the Home Tab of the Ribbon, select the Drop Down Arrow to the right of the Font Size Box in the Font Group.

From the Font Size Drop Down Menu, select a Font Size or you can type in the Value at the top and hit your Enter Key or click anywhere on the document to see the change made to your Text.

You can also use the 2 Icons on the right side of the Font Size Box to Increase or Decrease the Size of your Font.

The Grow Font Icon increases the Font Size.

First select the Text that you wish to make changes to. On the Home Tab of the Ribbon, select the Change Case Icon from the Font Group.

This opens a Drop Down Menu from which you can choose a Case.

This is the Text when Sentence Case is applied. The 1st Letter of your Sentence will be Capitalized.
