Step 03: Margins Go to the File Menu > Page Setup.
This will open up the Page Setup Window.
To the right side of this window you will see the Margin Guides section. 
Set Top, Left, Bottom, and Right to "0.5". Click on the "OK" button on the bottom right of the screen. |

Step 04: Draw Rectangles
Now we will make 2 Rectangles that go side by side.The Rectangle Icon  is on the
Objects Menu Bar to the right of the screen.
Upon drawing your 1st Rectangle, it should have No Fill and a Black Stroke by default. We need one rectangle to be "Black" and the other to be "Maroon". |

Step 05: The Fill Color IconClick on the Rectangle to select it, then select the Down Arrow next to the Fill Color Icon on the Formatting Bar.
 This will bring up the Fill Menu. Select "Black". Repeat these steps for the 2nd Rectangle. Then select "More Fill Colors". |
